Who we are

This site is operated by Ampersand Labs (Davide Morotti), based in Zürich, Switzerland. We can be reached at hello@ampersand.ch.

What we collect

We try to keep things minimal. Depending on how you use the site, we may process:

  • Server logs — IP address, user agent, requested URL and timestamp. Used to keep the site running and protect it from abuse. Rotated regularly.
  • Contact details you send us — if you fill in the contact form or write us an email, we receive your name, email address and the content of your message.
  • Booking data — when you schedule a call through our booking link, the booking provider collects the data needed to set up the meeting (name, email, time slot).

Cookies and analytics

This site uses only the cookies strictly necessary to function. We do not use advertising cookies and do not sell your data. If we add privacy-friendly analytics in the future, this page will be updated.

Why we process your data

To answer your questions, prepare proposals, run booked meetings, send relevant follow-ups, comply with our legal obligations, and operate and secure the site.

Service providers

We rely on a small number of trusted providers — for hosting, email and meeting scheduling. They process data on our behalf under appropriate agreements and only as needed to deliver their service.

How long we keep it

We keep your data only as long as we need it for the purpose it was collected, or as required by Swiss law. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to certain processing. Write to hello@ampersand.ch and we will get back to you.

Applicable law

This policy is governed by Swiss law, in particular the Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP). Where the GDPR applies, we honour the corresponding rights.
